Place isn’t bad if you’re looking to get a car but if your trying to get your car serviced prepare to be there for HOURS. My appointment was set for 12pm and didnt end up leaving until well after 4pm. If you’re looking for somewhere to waste your time come here... also Marcos S. is a very rude representative. Every time I take my car for complementary included service it takes 1.5 to 2 hrs for oil change and safety check. Front desk are not friendly. when I went to check with them after waiting one and half hr if the car is ready, told me it's not but then I noticed my car is outside so I tried to tell him it's outside, he got defendant and tells me that I am delaying him and was very unprofessional and kept me waiting for another 30 min for him to finish the paperwork.
