Worst experience ever!!! Jennifer Davila the Office manager at Central Ave dental of valley stream is either incompetent and or a scammer. I suspect fraudulent activity by this office. When Jennifer said good luck on getting reimbursed I thought it meant from insurance company. But, to my surprise, Jennifer also put in a claim for reimbursement from insurance company. In which they received and cashed the check from insurance company. So they have a total of two payments and I’m still getting excuses for me not getting reimb... read more
“I just had my cleaning done at Central Avenue Dental, and as always, the experience was outstanding. Vanessa, my hygienist, is amazing—gentle, thorough, and so knowledgeable. Sebastien, the assistant, was wonderful as well, making the visit smooth and comfortable. The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit stress-free. Crown to root canal real quick, painful infection after, and somehow they think upselling an implant for my missing tooth is okay— don't claim l'm not in your records like you tell others.
The dentist was rushed and unfocused, which caused a bad infection and a swollen face for a week-coming back was a total nightmare they trying to make excuses from what happened to my infection. Felt the focus was more on payment than on my dental health. ♀️♀️♀️♀️
Great experience at Central Avenue Dental. Checked in and was seen expeditiously. Vanessa was gentle and took care of my cleaning. Would recommend going back to Vanessa for any future checkups.
