Everyone here was very nice and chill, no pain or discomfort throughout the whole thing and Vanessa the hygienist was very good explaining and my teeth don't hurt :)
The patient care in terms of clinician, office cleanliness, and scheduling is great! Also, it's beautiful to see a lot of women of color in the field as well. However, PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THE BILLING. This office has a tendency to charge for every simple aspect of your appointment that most dental plans don't cover. I usually ask for the numbing cream for my gums during cleaning which leads into an innocent conversation about gum sensitivity, flossing and recommendation to use Pronamel Sensodyne.
