This is by far the worst place to have your car serviced. The customer service is non-existent, and the quality of service is even worse. The entire facility is disorganized and chaotic. Despite leasing a new car, I’ve had to visit their service department four times already, and each experience has been a complete disaster. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere. The one on Saw mill river Rd definitely better, i finally got my car fixed there.
This dealership is one of the most personable dealerships I’ve ever been to. The GM Jim ingenito is an absolute gem. After buying my vehicle 5 years ago the sales/ service staff still care about me the same way they did the day I bought my truck. I give them a 10/10 every day of the week!!!
Drove there for a service appointment from LI because no one wants to give a loaner car for a car they didn’t sell you nearby for a week long repair and upon going inside they said they need to hold on to the car for multiple days to diagnose the problem and then another couple of days to repair it because if its not your time being wasted you don’t care and then they wouldn’t give a loaner car or transportation so basically my time and money being wasted by a bunch of disrespectful inexperienced people.
