Got my transmission fixed here through my dealership, I’ve waited too long to post this. From the beginning I was given the run around, communication was poor. When I got my vehicle back I have had nothing but problems, practically rebuilding my engine at this point even when I’ve replaced the problematic parts and I got my vehicle back in 2024. It’s coming to the point I’ll be forced to get a new vehicle. Terrible experience with this establishment that I didn’t even want to take my vehicle back there.

Had a great experience working with Marvin on a claim for a mutual customer. He was responsive, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything stayed on track. Really appreciate when shops take the time to handle things professionally — Marvin definitely did. Solid all around.
After taking my Ford expedition with transmission issues to a transmission specialist, another mechanic and finally Central automotive LLC, Central automotive was able to scan and detect the issue with my transmission and repair it using my warranty and working with warranty company to cover the cost.
