Outstanding customer service. My car did fail justifiably, but they were very courteous and reasonable. Open Saturday and a fair price.
DO NOT GO HERE !!!! I recently went in for a vehicle inspection and had a very disappointing and disturbing experience. Not only did the staff seem unprofessional, but their behavior came across as blatantly discriminatory. I was failed for having a 30% tint, which is within legal limits in many areas. Meanwhile, I personally witnessed another customer — an Indian man — being passed without issue, despite having visibly darker tints and other apparent violations. Do not come here for a state inspection. These guys will try to take you for a ride. They tried to make up some bullshit about needing to replace my front engine mount. Save your money and look elsewhere, this place is a scam.
Very expensive, Worst Customer service, Charging you different amount which they tell you at the beginning and finding more un necessary work in you car to took your more $$$
Usually, I don’t write bad reviews, but in this case, I feel the need to share my experience. I went there for a state inspection, and my marker lights were burned out. They quoted me $70 (after a discount, $60) to replace them, but I decided to replace them myself. When I returned, they made me wait 55 minutes just to inspect the new lights—a process that took only 3 minutes. And when I say 3 minutes, I mean exactly that.
