Central Auto service had my car for 5 weeks. FIVE weeks. Then he lied and said it was only 2. He refused to answer phone calls, he’s lied multiple times, saying it was done and ready and then not answering the door when I’d go to try and get it. Not only that but when I went to get it after they finished, it had a major oil leak because they stripped 5 of the bolts on the oil pan. They have used my car for personal use. When we got the car back it had new scratches but when I looked in the car I found receipts from personal use such as going to coastal and using their food stamps. They left their child’s truancy ticket in the car, that dates back to when I first gave them the car to repair. Today just received a letter in the mail that an driver with a suspended license was using my vehicle and it was a woman so I’m assuming the mechanics wife or daughter?
