Ted is an amazing mechanic, he is very transparent in giving you the best and most affordable options to get your car fixed. I've gone to other mechanics to get quotes, body repair etc. Only to of wasted my time. Ive learned many other shops always "find more" in order to get more money from you. Central Auto Care fixes the problem you asked to be fixed and Ted lets you know what needs to be fixed, what can be fixed, and what should be fixed, but only repairs what you want him to fix. Highly recommended!
I can't say enough good things about my experience! I came in with a major transmission issue at the very last minute, and Teddy went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Friendly, kind, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the whole process, and the pricing was more than fair for the quality of work and level of service. Highly recommend! and...he "dogsits" the cutest pups :)
I took my car there once. They screwed up my car real bad, changed a gasket and did not put screw cap on and that screw has made a hole in my.engine. said they fixed an oil leak and several engine coils were soaked with oil. Said they did an oil change, took my car, went back as there was no sticker..they forgot oil change. There incompetence has costs me THOUSANDS of dollars. Literally thousands. Go anywhere else but there!! Bad bad bad all around!! And they charged me $1300.00 !!
Teddy & Central Auto Care went above and beyond to repair my engine even though it would have been easier to replace the entire motor. I was impressed with how quickly him and his team were able to tear down the engine rebuild it and get me back on the road. If you're looking for a good independent shop that you can trust. That uses quality parts and takes pride in fixing things properly you can't go wrong with Central Auto!
