Toyota has been an absolute nightmare to deal with regarding my Sequoia’s rusted frame. Instead of taking responsibility for their cheap manufacturing, they offered a laughably small reimbursement and made me jump through endless hoops just to get it. This company clearly doesn’t care about customers—they’d rather hide defects than issue a proper recall. Avoid Toyota if you expect integrity or accountability. Terrible experience with a company that refuses to stand behind its products. Never again.
