Good luck getting anyone at that company to do anything. If you chose to go with them you're asking for a headache and a whole lot of stress. I have been calling them (and I kid you not) every week for 2 and a half months now and some weeks it was daily just to get a copy of what they found when they came out. I have been told on several occasions "we will have this to you by the end of week", or "we'll have this to you by the end of the day".
