I absolutely love this clinic! The staff there are incredibly friendly towards patients. My English isn't very good, but they kindly helped me find a translator and patiently answered all my questions. I'm truly grateful to them!
I had a colonoscopy back in March of this year. I did my prep exactly how the lady on the phone told me after picking my prep up. The day of my procedure, they asked me when the last time I ate was and I told them an hr before time to start taking my prep..Mind you, had not eaten in 24 hrs by the time they got me in the back and gowned. Listen up!! From the RECEPTIONIST to DR. Keith MORRIS, I RECEIVED AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE, VERY KIND, CONSIDERATE, LOVING, PROFESSIONAL STAFF— TRACEY TAYLOR DONNA GAIL AND DR. MORRIS made me FEEL SO COMFORTABLE!!! Their humor and SMILE was so pleasant!! There time management is horrible. This is my third time here. If u have an appointment you will still have to wait in a room in an hour before you even talk to a doctor and that is there best record out of 3 times being here. If there is anywhere else to try I suggest going that route. It would probably be worth the drive
Great. friendly staff. Appointment was at 8:30 am was out at 8:55am so was a lot quicker than im used to.
