I’ve been a patient at the clinic for 4-5 years and have always felt well cared for! The environment is well run and efficient and very comforting and pleasant. My only suggestion is: the front desk receptionist needs to speak up and look directly at the patients.
The staff and Dr. Morris were very friendly. I felt safe and had no worries. The procedure was quick and I was back to my normal self in no time! I highly recommend his service! Many blessings to Dr. Morris and his staff!🥰
I was not impressed this time. Appointment scheduled for 1120. My husband was not seen until 1213. We arrived 45 minuter prior to his appointment; we were not expecting to be seen earlier. Fifty minutes after scheduled appointment is not acceptable. Customer service is not the same today as many years ago. I give doctors, nurses, office clerks 30 minutes of my grace time. Ms. Gail, Ms Tracy and Ms. Linda that put in my I.V were all too kind and made me feel comfortable during my time at the clinic. Dr. Morris is amazing. A special thanks to everyone at The Gastroenterologist Clinic. Thank you all so very much.
Dr Morris was very pleasant to be around. Sadly two minutes of pleasantness doesn't make up for the majority of the time that you spend with his unprofessional staff. This office will not do an EGD or a colonoscopy the same day. (usually offices do) Upon calling the nurse, Julia, I had asked for a different prep.
