After searching for answers since 2021, I finally feel like I found a gastroenterologist who truly listens. Dr. Keith Morris has been professional, thorough, compassionate, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. He takes the time to explain what he's seeing, what the next steps are, and why he's recommending each test. Dr. Keith Morris and his staff were wonderful! The office was clean, the staff were accommodating and professional. He made a nervous visit become an inviting experience for all other future appointments. I would definitely recommend him for all gastro related issues!
I absolutely love the providers and nurses at this clinic! Specifically Dr Keith Morris, Daniel Ring, and Ashley Smith. During an unknown health crisis in my life this clinic has been the only providers and nurses to genuinely care about my well being and put forth the effort of making sure I’m taken care of and when it wasn’t gastro related they sent me in the right direction. They make you feel comfortable and I highly recommend them because it’s a great atmosphere and they are some really good people.
My husband and I both were going in for our first colonoscopy and needless to say both very nervous! Dr. Morris and his entire staff were very understanding and did everything they could to make sure we were as comfortable as possible with getting this procedure done. Dr. Morris and his entire staff also extremely nice, joking a bit and just put you at ease! We will be going to him for anything Gastro from here on out!
This has to be the worse Doctors office I have ever experienced in my life. The front desk staff must be required to be as rude as possible to patients!, When I first went, I just thought they were having a bad day and just brushed it off. But, EVERY appointment thereafter has been the same. Rude, unapologetic people at the front desk! Trying to reach this office via the phone is a total nightmare!
