Very helpful staff
I asked the young sales if they had anything to clean the creasote from my glass doors on my fireplace. She graciously suggested using the ash on a wet cloth. It works amazing! Now we can actually see the fire. Thank you so much. She didnt try to sell me something she knew wouldn't work. Wonderful people!!

Fantastic experience from shopping in the store to the installation! Morgan Gray is very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Ryan and Trevor came to install the electric insert on the morning of our recent snow. They were delightful to be around. They were careful, respectful, and attentive to detail! I would highly recommend Central Arkansas Fireplace!
