Absolutely awful experience. Went to a couple visits with a NP there and the next time I called they said she was no longer there. Took 3 weeks of me calling to get a copy of my sons well child visit for him to be able to start school. I called everyday and they would say they’d get it or call me back and I’d never hear so I’d have to call again. Most unorganized doctors office I’ve ever been to.

Kim & Lindy are phenomenal. The new staff up front are rude and not professional, never return calls, on hold forever, & eventually hang up.. I can barely get them on the phone & when we do, they are rude! I would leave if it weren’t for Kim and Lindy. My advice is use your portal to message Lindy or Kim and they always get back to you. They are so great in office, too.

I have been trying since march to get my sons account fixed in billing, calling multiple times, leaving messages on the patient portal and all, his insurance started the day after he was born, and for some reason they refuse to take his bill off of self pay even though they take Medicaid
