The visit was pleasant the Dr. listened to me and took his time.
It would have helped a lot if there was a patient advocate that would sit down with new patients and explain what was happening to them and what was expected. I did call back one time but I don’t think the nurse knew what to tell me. Just agreed with what I said. We saw the short female doctor today and really liked her. She gave me lots of info and was willing to spend time talking.
All the workers are so nice and attentive
