Excellent company, diverse, outgoing and friendly drivers who go the extra mile
Horrible horrible horrible. Ordered an electronic outdoor fireplace. Was unfortunately shipped August 3rd to this "company" Arrived 7 days later. Not one person thought to call and set up a delivery to me until 3 weeks later. When they finally called we arranged a date and window of time, then came and went, when I called the next day I was told it was an error and that my ticket and delivery was for Monday. Terrible Customer Service. Not sure how they are running their business. Kept the freight for 4 days without bothering to call us for delivery.
