I am a novice horse owner and Dr. Bleak was fantastic in explaining in layman's terms the issue my horse was having. I am new to the practice but very much appreciated his call back and assistance. The office assistance was super as well.

Was this veterinarian friendly? Yes Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did this veterinarian have a large selection of medication available for your pet? Yes, they offer a huge selection of medication Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I am going to refer everyone I know here. The staff has always responded with utmost care and speed, never belittle my concerns, and are extremely patient in answering all my questions. They NEVER make me feel like they have someplace else to go, nor rush off.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. My appointment was for a vet check. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
