Jake was able to assess the problem with my old sub zero refrigerator and fix it in a timely manner. The service is not inexpensive but much less expensive than buying a new sub zero.

After waiting a week for repairman to come. He concluded my Ge profile fridge just needed a new circuit board to repair the following issues 1) all digital lights were out 2) not making ice 3) not dispersing water Another week went by and on 10/24 he arrived with the new circuit board and nes water filter. Within 20 minutes everything was installed. He told me everything worked and left. As directed by GE once you replace filter you are supposed to purge the water line. Is there an opportunity to leave 0 stars? This company was contracted through warranty to fix a fridge. They diagnosed the repair via phone, ordered parts, called ahead, and showed up on time all seemed good at first, but after an hour of wrestling with the refrigerator, they needed a different part and said they would have to order it. Over a month later and a couple of attempts to reach out to them where they ghosted me, I've come to the conclusion that they have no intention of making the warranty repair. I am surprised by the comments on here because we had an opposite experience with Donna and Central Appliance through our home warranty! It was the home warranty company delaying the ordering of parts, and Donna repeatedly followed up with them to resolve. We are so grateful for the completion of the repair and a job well done. They were also the only repair company to identify what was wrong with our BlueStar refrigerator after another repair company made a repair that did not work. Thank you so much, Donna!
