To pet owners, please do not bring your pets here. They claim to have the highest level of compassion. They do not have any compassion at all. My daughter brought her dog in and they said he would not make it through the night if he didn't have surgery. Mind you the surgery would cost an arm and a leg. I am a vet receptionist that just started on the job, so I don't know much about emergency situations. Either way, when you call an emergency place you expect you can get some help. This place offered me none but that I could come into they're office and spend the extra money to see the doctor. I knew she had a fever and all I was asking is "What can I do until the morning when she has an appointment at her normal vets office to make her more comfortable?".
