Highway robbery (and funny enough they are located on the highway). I have heard around town that this vet overcharges. Went in to buy some special food for my dog, and they wanted $60 more than the exact same product on myvetstore.ca.
My experience with this clinic at first was good, more personable but in time became terrible and unacceptable as the clinic grew with devastating results. I am grateful at some points for them going out of their way and like I said some things were very good but the over all and the end result were rather tragic. I believe however critical things were completely missed which should not have been and over time the care and thoroughness became less and less. Unfortunately had to put our family cat down but this place was amazing and understanding, very patient and caring. We got ink stamps of her nose and paw for each member of our family, despite being there for sad reasons our needs were fulfilled.
I commend Dr Campbell and the entire team here. The quality of care they provide our pets is outstanding. I take my cat Jagger here anytime I have concerns. They are incredibly compassionate and I feel confident putting my trust in them. Highly recommend.
My Father, 83 from revelstoke drove his sick dog here because he loved how this vet was with his dog couple years prior when he brought him in for a cough. Was told it was kennel cough. This time we brought him in first thing in the morning (coughing and couldn’t walk) He was put in an oxygen chamber and had some tests. It turned out he had a heart murmur and this was the untimate cause (13 years old) they wanted to keep him for the day to monitor him. So we drove back to my house. 10am they call us to pick him up.
