My Father, 83 from revelstoke drove his sick dog here because he loved how this vet was with his dog couple years prior when he brought him in for a cough. Was told it was kennel cough. This time we brought him in first thing in the morning (coughing and couldn’t walk) He was put in an oxygen chamber and had some tests. Expensive but nice, very good atmosphere and helpful staff
When we moved to Vernon my husband took our dog to Central Animal Hospital. For the past two and a half years I have had amazing experiences with the team - in particular Dr. Campbell and Dr. Koo. Last year, Dr. Campbell helped us navigate a serious food allergy. This year, Dr Koo in particular has been very helpful navigating decisions with a lumpy bumpy old dog. Both make me feel heard and provide valuable feedback. Thank you!
My dog was stomped by deer in the early morning, at first I was not sure if she was dead but by the time I got to the vets office, I knew and the they were so kind to me and offered nose and paw prints at no charge. The compassion that they showed me was truly invaluable.
Central is helpful, welcoming, friendly, and prompt. Thanks for your care for my pet!
