We’ve had positive experiences with Central Alberta Tile One in the past, but were deeply disappointed this time. Customer service was lacking from the start — minimal product information, no response to our email (which included questions and a video) for two full days, and while there were many explanations, there was little accountability for their service. We had our main level floors replaced. The guys did an excellent job. Finish work was good. We're very happy with the quality of work. Also had our bathroom re-tiled and great work there too. Highly recommend. We would use them again. Also, Kellie G was a great help in picking out tiles and flooring and co-ordinating everything. Thanks Kellie!
I had the pleasure of working with Amber. Not only is she very talented but a great person to work with. She’s very knowledgable and helped me find the perfect tiles and was always there to help whenever I reached out. She displays top-notch customer service and I really appreciated dealing with her.
They know how to finish quality installation and are very friendly people .
