The selection is very good (almost overwhelming). Working with Sharon was great, she helped break things down for me keeping me from being overwhelmed. Sharon had some great ideas and information, she listened to my concerns and had some very helpful suggestions! She was never pushy and gave me space to look on my own but was right there whenever I needed her. I recommend using Sharon. Thank you

I want to give a huge shout-out to Erik from Tile One. I met Erik completely by chance after offering a couch for donation. He found out we were working on fixing up our bedroom and, without expecting anything in return, offered to help us with the carpet. And when I say help... this guy showed up with the carpet, the underlay AND donated his own time and experience to install it for us. Tile One first replaced the flooring on our main floor and upstair bathrooms with luxury vinyl plank when we moved into our townhouse. This week they replaced the carpeting on our stairs and upper bedrooms & hallway. Both times we have been extremely happy with the attention to us by Shayla on the sales team, good communication about installation, and great workmanship by the installers! We would highly recommend Tile One!
