Had my tests done here a few months back, (referred by my doctor). My appointment was booked over the phone, lady was very pleasant, but once I got there the customer service treatment was quite different. Based on the reviews, looks like they are selective on who they want to treat nicely. After I left and a couple of hours later, I got a phone call from them asking me to return the phone that "I put inside my bag" I didn't even have a bag when I came to their facility to begin with.
