Very poor customer service where work was never completed including warranty items, gates install and deficiencies. Do not recommend using this vendor.
Fence is separating, and previously finished landscape has been damaged. Additionally, warranty period was not adhered to, gates were never completed and have had to hire a different contractor to complete our fencing.
I have been waiting for over a month just to get a quote from Raymond and their estimator. After following up with the office 4 times since mid May without receiving even a call back from Raymond, I am giving up and will take my business elsewhere.
So far not the greatest first impression. We’ve been waiting almost a month just to get a quote. Im not sure what the problem is. Makes me worry about whether the install will happen in a timely manner if we decide to order.
