Updated Sep 16, 2025: We used them originally 2 years ago and asked them to come back again to clean our ducts. A lot of life happens in two years so I didn't expect them to remember us. Yesenia surprised me when she said "I think you'd just moved in here the last time we were here." How on earth did she remember that? They felt like old friends this visit.
