The nurses make this place! They are all amazing and so friendly and compassionate. The doctors are another story. I loved my radiation doctor, Dr. Chandra Martens, however my oncologist Dr. Mairs was very cold and didn’t even recognize me in the hallway midway through my chemotherapy. I would not recommend him to anyone. I felt like my questions were answered with text book answers and no compassion or empathy and I feel like that’s crucial when dealing with cancer patients. The new oncologists are impersonal and very dismissive. Nurses are amazing as always but very disappointed in the doctors.
