The Staff and facility at this location are great. However, because the call center is underfunded and non-existent you will not be able to communicate with the great healthcare workers here. If you want the patient advocate, pharmacy or any other service within a 24 hour period, I recommend calling the Veteran suicide hotline and asking for them by name. One of the worst VA centers in the state.
This location lives up to it's reputation of terrible VA services to vets! I waited a whole year to go to my dental appointment and 2 days prior to it, they cancelled and no reschedule at all. It's a lot easier to get ice water in Hell than to get someone to answer the phone from this location.this place does not care for it's vets!
