I will not be back to this specific office in the Prattville Medical Park. I had an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner and she was the only good thing about the practice. I feel like your staff has a lot to do with the quality of care you receive in the medical field. When I walked up to the front desk none of the ladies greeted me, one girls sitting in the back was asleep on her laptop...
