This company is the absolute SLOWEST at getting the power restored. It turns off randomly for HOURS at a time with no explanation. Currently, we are sitting here 3 hours in to having no power. I have problem and today was the third time I called. It was not a pleasant call . I explained I had called twice last week with out a return call. I felt as the person I was talking to could care less. I understand they have a procedure to follow. Problem is twice last week I was NOT contacted.
