Im getting tired every time a little rain the power goes out!!!!!

My boyfriend had already paid for the power this month yet they cut it off anyways. When he tried to get it cut back on, they made him pay again (when he had already made a deposit i believe) and do an application. Because it was close to closing(he gets off work at 4), he barely got the application turned in on time. They told him they wouldn't even be able to get his power back tomorrow even though he paid for months worth of power in the span of a few weeks. He's going there tomorrow to get his power back on. Everyone that I have dealt with have been really nice and very helpful. Very professional.
They have always responded quickly and they are very professional! I have had them come out and remove trees that were in the path of power lines leading to my house, replace an outdoor security light, remove a power line leading to my barn, disconnect and then replace the power line connection on my roof when my roof was being repaired, and then to install WiFi internet service. They have always exceeded my expectations in reliability, professionalism, timeliness, and attention to my requests! They are great people!
