Terrible. I set up a delivery for between 9AM and 1PM and was told when I called at 2PM that my driver was rerouted and would be there soon. I told them that I was working around the house but would leave the door open so that they could yell if I didn't hear my phone ring. It's now 7PM and I'm told that it was "too dark" for the driver to find the house so he couldn't knock on the door when he was here at 5:30. He did try to call, but I didn't hear it.
