I called for a car insurance quote and spoke with Barbie who was originally very helpful. She sent me paperwork to fill out via email and I returned the completed paperwork within a few days as I did not have the information on me. I never received an email back. Able to help me out with my problems but they dont really wanna help if you are from a different area. Seems like they are taking all the calls on saturday when others are closed.
We have been dealing (or trying to, atleast) with Penny. My car has been insured for weeks under my partners family plan. She still can't return my partners calls and messages regarding financing. We just want to know how much both vehicles will be monthly or if we have to pay for the whole year up front. Weeks later apparently financing is still "working on it". If you are looking for car insurance, you should NOT reach out to WFG, especially Leanna Banack and Barbie Snell. They work out of the Camrose location. They are very unprofessional and rude. They think they are better than you and talk down to you in emails if you can’t understand insurance policy words. They think it’s up to them to dictate people’s lives. I will be calling and reporting them and their conduct to the Ombudsperson.
