I called this company today in the middle of a heat wave. They were amazing! I called at 9:30 am and they were at my house by 11:15 am. I also got a call 15 minutes before they arrived. When he show up he politely asked me about my problem and then checked both the unit in the basement and the outside unit. He diagnosed the problem quickly and I was glad it was an easy fix.
