What a joke, they lost a patient. I just moved here, so a new patient for them. They told me they would not even make me an appointment even with a Doctors referral and when they could it would be 3 months out, until they reviewed my records from my old Doctor which were 15 years old. I told them I'm new patient with new issues how is reading old information going to help. Could you at least get me on the schedule so I can save a spot, she said No! Got an appointment within a week of referral and the wait time was like 30 seconds! Everyone is so friendly and take your concerns seriously. I met with Dr. Kern and he was wonderful. Him and his team eased my anxiety and were very good at explaining everything. Definitely recommend!
I came here with my daughter having the worst flare up I could hardly move. Not one nurse or staff member looked annoyed, and without hesitation ran up to me, and helped me carry things. My rheumatologist was so patient and caring giving me the best treatment plan he thinks will help me. I am so glad I found this place to trust with my disease. Doctor Bharrath manu akkara veetil is amazing.
