I had a very positive experience at this clinic. The provider Mary was kind, attentive, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. I appreciated how thoughtful and thorough the appointment felt, and I left feeling heard and supported. The staff was also professional and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and I’m grateful for the care I received.
What a joke, they lost a patient. I just moved here, so a new patient for them. They told me they would not even make me an appointment even with a Doctors referral and when they could it would be 3 months out, until they reviewed my records from my old Doctor which were 15 years old. I told them I'm new patient with new issues how is reading old information going to help. Could you at least get me on the schedule so I can save a spot, she said No! Got an appointment within a week of referral and the wait time was like 30 seconds! Everyone is so friendly and take your concerns seriously. I met with Dr. Kern and he was wonderful. Him and his team eased my anxiety and were very good at explaining everything. Definitely recommend!
