So overall, everything has been great here. Nurses are very knowledgeable and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Doctors have been wonderful, absolutely no complaints there. One thing I would bring up to someone new to this experience is that each nurse does have their own ways of doing things, and we quickly found out that minor details in how care can/should be handled vary from nurse to nurse. I loved the nurses here. Every one of them deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the doctors will hold your baby hostage and refuse to release your baby for any number of reasons. They held my baby prisoner because she wasn’t drinking a full bottle every 3 hours. Multiple days they refused to release, not because of any real health concerns (she had already been cured of that!). She just wouldn’t chug a whole bottle in 10 minutes every three hours.
