My mom went there in excruciating pain, unable to move her neck, and the doctor just dismissed her! Without even bothering to examine her, he said, 'If your fingers are moving, go home, take pain medication, and make an appointment with your doctor. This isn’t the first time she’s been treated like this. The same thing happened a couple of months ago, and she’s fed up! She’s absolutely right—she should never go back there.

My 11 year old daughter was transported here due to having a seizure. I was frantic due to her never experiencing a seizure before. The young gentleman at the front desk to the ER was super amazing and compassionate. The nurses in the ER were awesome and doctors were super patient with us while I was asking questions. We were there for almost 10 hours. I took my son to the the ER Saturday night at 10pm for a laceration on his tongue. It was packed when we walked in. We finally got to the back at 5:30, sat there for another 30 minutes until the doctor came in to look at him. The doctor examined him for 5 minutes and told us he’s good you guys can go home 6:15am.
