Sitting in a nasty waiting room writing this. Husband finally called in to surgery, 1/2 hour late! Wouldn't let me sit in decent waiting room cause Husband is going home today! Coffee machine don't work, chairs are from the 60's so uncomfortable! My back is really bad so, I'm in excruciating pain! My husband has stint replaced every 4-5 months ,and this place hasn't got any better. Wouldn't recommend this place, Plaza is 10 times better!
Everyone in the surgery center was awesome. Very friendly and made the procedure not so hard to go through...awesome nurses and nursing assistants as well as the operating team
I am writing this while sitting in the family waiting room. Today we have been helped by all exceptional staff! Everyone involved with the before surgery prep was very warm and patient. Chad, and now Amber in the waiting room, (and the doctors and nurses) have been keeping everyone well informed during all the steps of surgery. As well as giving me directions to find the Starbucks on the 1st floor... :)
