The technician was very kind and professional during my exam. I accidentally left behind a personal item and staff were very helpful in getting it back to me. The drawback is that this facility has NO in-person receptionists. You must use kiosk screens with NO PRIVACY to check in and enter private medical and personal information where anyone could very easily snoop over your shoulder and see it. Do not trust your health and well-being to these people. You are not a person, you are an inconvenience and “rude” if you are scared and anxious. If you ask for accommodations to avoid pain due to other health issues during their procedure you will be immediately told no with no opportunity to explain. Do not expect to be asked about past sexual trauma. Do not expect to be warned a man will be manipulating your breast as you lie blind, vice gripped by the breast to a table. I am not sure if the technician was having a bad day but my mammogram here was a very dehumanizing experience. From the minute my name was called, I had orders barked at me all while a finger was pointed than wagged at me. When it came to the scan itself, I was pushed, lifted, all with the barest communication about what was to be done to my body and with a tone that made it appear as if I was an annoyance rather than a human being going through a cancer screening.
