Our primary is great here and we love her. However, my 5 year old daughter needed a urine sample and a blood draw in lab. She had a full bladder when we got to lab, so I let the lady at the desk in lab know this. She rolled her eyes at me as if that was an inconvenience to her. Then was the blood draw...of course I understand that a blood draw on a 5 year old is challenging and not ideal. My daughter was fighting it. The eye rolling lab nurse had to hold her down along with myself to try and get this done. It was a struggle ... read more
Not helpful at all. Rinah just mumbles and is too busy on her phone to help anyone. I had scheduled a simple physical but it was not conducted what so ever. Their referrals don't actually happen, and you will fall through their cracks.
