It’s glaringly obvious that at this point in time the objective of these healthcare facilities is to maximize profits rather than putting patients first. I recently had a physical-which is typically covered by insurance. I talked to my doctor about some other things and got my blood work done-was there maybe a total of 30 minutes. I came here for a physical required by my employer and saw Derek Koll, DPT, and Nicole Carbert, NP. Derek offered helpful guidance about protecting my back during daily work, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the registration staff on Derek’s side were cold and visibly uncomfortable with my presence. Despite a clear barrier between us, they kept turning to stare at me while I waited — as if I were a threat. The energy was tense and unwelcoming, and it left me feeling watched and judged. Centracare only cares about money. But thats American healthcare. It only works when your healthy. 400 for a family doc visit and I have to check myself in on a greasy kiosk. From mandatory masking, to mandatory germ sharing. touching screens hundreds of sick people have touched is gross. I would try to avoid the monopoly of centracare, but that involves driving a long ways.

They’re offputting at the pharmacy here. They make it known they don’t care for the business of POC patients. I will put my medications elsewhere.
