Stay clear of this place. System is set up as a scam to milk you for as much money as possible. Between their faulty app mychart, being told one thing on the phone, than another via app message, this place is an absolute joke. Between sending you to out of network referral clinics for your insurance. Refusing to test you for clearly communicated problems. Terrible Care, if you can even call it that. I was denied medication and left to suffer because a provider was on vacation and booked out. The staff that took over messaged me the rudest message (with many grammar problems) I've ever gotten from people I PAY TO HELP ME.
I have been going to the sartell clinic for 3 years and I have been charged for a new patient visit 3 times because of doctors quiting. Why am I being charged for a new patient visit when you can't keep your doctors? Now I have a $400.00 dollar doctor bill for a anual physical that the doctor turned into a office visit for having a conversation about my health and medical history and answering questions?
