I don't know what it is. Every time I come to this clinic The lady helps with the kiosk always have a attitude or they don't want to help you at the front instead of the kiosk. But soon as you go to the kiosk and a white person come up then they be like can I help the next person but they have you standing there for about 5 minutes my appointment be before everybody else is but it seemed like if your black u never gets seen My appointment's at 8:15. My recent experience at this healthcare facility was disappointing and unprofessional. While waiting in my room, I could clearly hear members of the nursing staff discussing my personal situation within earshot a clear breach of patient confidentiality and basic decorum. Very friendly and professional service
Have a lady trying to call to check on her appointment with one of many Centra Care clinics and NO ONE in the Centra Care service will help her - the poor lady is in tears and because of Hippa no one else can call on her behalf. Seriously?!
I love my PCP and her team! Front desk ladies could be a little kinder though, along with the lady who tells you to check in on the kiosk.
