My step daughter was seen by Hannah Kunkle and was told there was nothing wrong with her other than she had fluid in her ears and her throat was red. Nothing was given. She has been like this for over 2 weeks before she went in the first time. Fast forward 4 days we went to Melrose and the dr she seen there said she has ear infection and her symptoms sounded like mono. She was tested for mono and it was positive. Will not be going to centra care in St. Cloud, would rather drive to Melrose.
Fantastic front desk receptionists. Wonderful doctors. Nurse is taking longer than 24 hours to return my phone call. Scheduling appointments is a breeze. Clean facility. Spacious parking with clear directions. Cooperative staff members throughout the building.
Centracare has gone downhill. This clinic sends everyone to the ER or Urgent care (also centracare) And yes it is 300-800$ more. Need your regular meds for 3 years increased a bit, go to the ER. Makes so much sense.
This clinic used to get a 5 star review from me. However, lately 2 separate instances we are unhappy with. Lab results were requested from outside facility-6 weeks later no one has called to schedule them yet. Bad lab results could be life threatening. Second instance also need additional labs done-requested by a Centracare Dr-still have not been called to be scheduled. Requested by doc 5 WEEKS ago! If these weren't needed they wouldnt have been requested, people! Where is the follow through? Someone is dropping the ball BIG... read more
