I loved everything about this place and they even did a great job during my surgery BUT as soon as I was post op and sent home, i was basically just abandoned. A 2 level disc replacement wth no real direction, no pain meds, no tips to manage. Nothing. Takes a week to get any sort of response to phone calls or emails and even then you get the most basic responses. Of course I cant go to pcp because they want you to go through your surgeon. Once your surgery is done, you are on your own. Good luck
I have always gotten outstanding care with Centracare & their providers.
I was seen by Dr. Kapoor and he did my EMG to test for carpal tunnel syndrome. Normally this is not a pleasant test but Dr. Kapoor helped alleviate the discomfort by talking to me and helping distract me from the discomfort that can come from the test. He had me smiling and it really helped a lot! He made this normally uncomfortable test more bearable. I hope this helps other patients.
The receptionist was nice. Very helpful as well! Nurse and doctor were both very friendly and answered all questions that I had.
