TERRRIBLE COMMUNICATION- 12/11/24, I was scheduled for a appointment that Iblve been waiting for well over 5 weeks. On the 10th I received a call stating Angie couldn't make the appointment. I called back within 2-3 hours to reschedule. I left a msg and never heard back. Then I received a letter in the mail saying they have been unable to reach me, so I called again and told them I did call and left a msg but never received a call back. I called again 12/16/24. Have not had good experience with the communication. They want everyone to use mychart use messaging. Message your doctor/NP blah blah... but when you want them to message you back nothing. Messaged for a over a week to get a doctor slip to return to work. Do you think anyone could respond and say oh by the way look in this section of mychart to find it. Really!! Think it's called communication! poor rating

I was seen by the doctor, and then went for an MRI, three weeks ago. I’ve called several times to get results but no one calls back. I finally talked with someone who tells me that the provider hasn’t looked at them yet?? They have a huge staffing issue but this is unacceptable! Had I known this beforehand I would have gone elsewhere!
