They try to leave a message for same day appointments with your having a headache or a migraine you need help with it they don't never call you back on time it's 3 4 5 days later before they do anything at that point you probably went to the hospital at that point I've never seen such a horrible turnover or turn around on phone calls from Centra Care I'm honestly thinking about taking my neurology and going somewhere else with it they're losing staffing and everything and it's just it's hard and it's not okay that we don't g... read more

TERRRIBLE COMMUNICATION- 12/11/24, I was scheduled for a appointment that Iblve been waiting for well over 5 weeks. On the 10th I received a call stating Angie couldn't make the appointment. I called back within 2-3 hours to reschedule. I left a msg and never heard back. Then I received a letter in the mail saying they have been unable to reach me, so I called again and told them I did call and left a msg but never received a call back. I called again 12/16/24. Have not had good experience with the communication. They want everyone to use mychart use messaging. Message your doctor/NP blah blah... but when you want them to message you back nothing. Messaged for a over a week to get a doctor slip to return to work. Do you think anyone could respond and say oh by the way look in this section of mychart to find it. Really!! Think it's called communication! poor rating
