Very poor management and care provided. Lack of professionalism and care from doctors and staff. Facility does not provide adequate care to what patients need and are trying to get help for
I had taken a family member into the ER that was recently diagnosed with pneumonia, she was then asked to get swabbed for pertussis and we were sent home with cough medicine and were told to wait about a week for results. Almost 4 days later my family member reaches out to find out about the test and she was told that the test was canceled because it was never received by the ER. I am not surprised and I am very disappointed.
