I met with Haylee Elvendahl-Rumley yesterday, and unfortunately, I left the appointment feeling discouraged and unheard. During my visit, my first blood pressure reading was elevated, but the second reading was within the normal range. My appointment was scheduled for 2:50 p.m. I arrived on time and was standing in the check-in line before my appointment. Unfortunately, the clinic only had one person working the front desk, which created a long wait. By the time the patients ahead of me were checked in, it was 3:00 p.m. before I reached the desk. When a second front desk employee returned from break, she stated that she had seen me in the waiting room before 3:00 p.m. and told the staff that I had been there on time for my appointment. Horrible experience! They don’t listen to you while pregnant, they will tell you “it’s normal” Do not recommend this place !

I know this clinic has mixed reviews, but I want to highlight my experience because it truly stood out. From the moment I was seen, Dr. Ong’era was attentive, respectful, and genuinely listened to my concerns. I came in dealing with ongoing joint pain, and instead of dismissing it, she took the time to assess the situation thoughtfully and made a referral to rheumatology so I can get the answers I need.
