Wow, I’m at a loss for words with what happened at this place. I arrive at 2:30 for a 2:45 appointment. Performed a fitness test which went well, but then had to wait 30 minutes for my drug test. I was seen at 3:45. No big deal. The nurse who tried to take my sample was incredibly rude to me to the point where she was rushing me through my drug test, talking to me through the door asking me if I’m done yet. Had to sit having to pee for an extra 15 min while the receptionist decided to talk with the nurse about weekend plans, come on your getting paid to do a job do it

Racist, incompetent, was trying to make up FMCSA rules, and when I finally talked to FMCSA and they confirmed that information provided by this clinic was false, they refused to retest my driver. Very rude, unprofessional, and having no knowledge about the laws.

Went in for a pre employment drug screen and was frisked (patted down) before and after the test by a female clinic worker, the frisking was not limited to general limb areas I was touched in sensitive areas and asked to take off shoes. I’ve had several pre employment drug screenings and this was by far the most Invasive one yet. AVOID THIS CLINIC they groped me and passed it off as procedure.
