Don't ever expect to actually get seen in person took 6 months to get an appointment that they canceled. And will push you into a virtual visit talk about a money grab so they dont have to work or think how can they figure anything out with out examining a person... if you cannot see the ppl whoare refered in a timely manor get more standard charge the place name to leting ppl suff for ever... they canceled on me next in person appointment isnt until November.... good reminder as to why I hate doctors/medical providers and c... read more
I would give this place a zero if it allowed. Do not , i repeat do not go here ever. They dont listen and are so rude. If you ever tell scheduling to relay a message to the provider it never gets done and they will be rude and blame you. Seriously, unless you want uncontrolled migraines with zero help. Dont go here

During my last debilitating migraine (November), my daughter was calling for me (I was unable to call) - left messages, and a nurse from Urgent care also called. No one answers, and no one returns a call. The fact that this is a headache center and someone is not there to at minimum answer a call and direct it somewhere seems counterintuitive.
I see Dr. Thronaum who has been great. Getting two medications approved through insurance has been a nightmare. They do not answer when you call and do not call back when you leave a voicemail. It is over 10 days before getting a message back on MyChart. I was told my insurance was not active so they could not do a prior auth, when it was indeed very active. I spent time on the phone calling my insurance to make sure it was. It seems like it was a way for the nurse to not have to file the grievance on it. I am debating switc... read more
