Pure frustration! I called in June 2025 for an appointment. Wasn't able to get in until November. I get a call 2 hours before my November appointment that they had to cancel it. I was then told I couldn't be seen until June of 2026. Horrible patient care!
I saw the provider Alissa Wigen here today & she was VERY helpful! I have several chronic health issues & so I've seen plently of doctors over the course of my life and very few I have encountered have been as helpful, knowledgable, and thorough as she was. She bothered to look at my previous history prior to our first appointment together, which I can definitely say most doctors don't seem to care to do. I have had a migraine/headache every day for almost 2 months now. I have recently gotten an MRI and that was a week ago exactly and I have not heard back from the center about that and no one will return my calls or messages on MyChart. I am literally crying at work because of the pain and I’m just exhausted. I have had good experiences with them before when they actually do call me back or message me but that’s not the case recently. Please address this
