I saw the provider Alissa Wigen here today & she was VERY helpful! I have several chronic health issues & so I've seen plently of doctors over the course of my life and very few I have encountered have been as helpful, knowledgable, and thorough as she was. She bothered to look at my previous history prior to our first appointment together, which I can definitely say most doctors don't seem to care to do. I have had a migraine/headache every day for almost 2 months now. I have recently gotten an MRI and that was a week ago exactly and I have not heard back from the center about that and no one will return my calls or messages on MyChart. I am literally crying at work because of the pain and I’m just exhausted. I have had good experiences with them before when they actually do call me back or message me but that’s not the case recently. Please address this

I am about to be a new patient at the Headache Center, but already I am experiencing trouble calling in and having the phone line ring without being answered - numerous times, just trying to MAKE an appointment. That puts up red flags for me about the system within which providers have to work and it feels possibly stressful on patients. Not sure which way I will go with this.
