Went to urgent care on Saturday at 4p.m. because my son was sick for 5 days and not getting better. No waiting which was good but we didn't get results of the swabs of his throat and nose. The NP (traveler) said she was leaving at 4:30 but the results would be released to MyChart in 1 hour. Called in the evening to find out there's no provider coverage until Monday.
