I have had a visible lump on my throat and showed my physician a year ago and she blew it off. When I got my labs back my thyroid was a little high she still did nothing except have me come back every few months to check the levels. They never went down but she just stopped checking. Went to my annual physical and told her the lump is still there and seems to have gotten bigger. This place is a joke! Waited hours for my daughter to get in that had Covid and was coughing up blood!! We ended up leaving and going elsewhere.
Went to urgent care on Saturday at 4p.m. because my son was sick for 5 days and not getting better. No waiting which was good but we didn't get results of the swabs of his throat and nose. The NP (traveler) said she was leaving at 4:30 but the results would be released to MyChart in 1 hour. Called in the evening to find out there's no provider coverage until Monday. Nothing has been released in MyChart. I asked when we got there if the swabs could be done right away to allow time for processing and they said not to worry abo... read more
