My experience with the staff was awesome to say the least!! My nurse Tessa was amazing! And Amanda my provider went above and beyond by researching the cancer I have and the chemo I’m on and took the appropriate steps to give me the proper treatment. I know I didn’t want to be in the ER on Christmas Eve but I am great full for the entire staff.
We drove to the Melrose ER mostly due to the ridiculously long ER wait in St Cloud. I was very scared and in an extreme amount of pain. The nurse and staff were great! The doctor was very cold, unsupportive, not thorough, and unwilling to take care of pain issues due to the slightest possibility that someone might… I don’t know? But he did address my really bad anxiety, and panic attack. For that I’m very grateful. It was so hurtful and upsetting that he didn’t trust his patient’s word that she was in uncontrollable distress... read more

Extremely poor staffing. They say are busy…that being said they are extremely under staffed. They are more concerned about putting wheel chairs back than attending patients!!!! They have no basic first aid staff to take care of patients in extreme pain in waiting. This is awful!!!! Centra care need the Mn attorney general to investigate.
