No one answers the phone as a re-existing patient, trying to schedule an appointment. Called during open hours when it’s not as busy either.
My son had dental work last week. Last night he started to have pain in that area. Well today I have been calling every hour and still nobody answers the damb phone, keep sending me to voice mail. I keep leaving voice mails and nothing. How much pain does a child have to go through before they are seen again. This place is going down hill quick!! Not ok to not return phone calls since this is an emergency!!
I'm sorry, but if it takes you an hour to get a person into their appointment, you really suck at your job! My sister's appointment was at 9:30 am and she wasn't seen until 10:30 am. Now, CentraCare Dental has a strict policy that if you don't show up, you can't get another appointment for 6 months! Can never get a person on the phone! Just need basic information! Leave how many messages and never get a call back!
My appointment yesterday took 2 hours for a cleaning and exam. My 2 daughters appointments were scheduled and 1 and 2pm. When they took my daughter for her 2pm appointment they student said "oh, if I would have known they were siblings I would have taken them both back at the same time." The receptionist chose not to say anything to me or the other staff about this. Very unprofessional and rude.
