Experienced staff is fast/efficient while new staff is gentle and conscientious. Rooms are large and some have a view. Quiet treatments go fast when I sleep the 5 hours. Would highly recommend; Elias and Mary were my nurses for the day. Great team!!!!!!! This day a service 🐕🦺 dog, Redford visited me😍!!!
I’ve been sing Dr. Luke for a couple of years now after a pulmonary embolism and struggling with anemia. She has taken all of my concerns seriously and is one of the best providers I’ve seen. Very kind, and seems to be really passionate about her job and helping others. She has an awesome nurse on her team named Judy who is very kind and great at her job too. We moved to this area and I was told it was the place to go for IV fluids. I receive SCIG and hydration matters. The first time I went I had an amazing room and a really nice nurse. The problem started when I needed accessing. It took 6 tries and 4 nurses. I was in an incredible amount of pain and had bruises for three weeks post infusion. I decided to give them another shot today. I was placed in a small curtained room in a nosier area.
