I wanted to talk to a nurse and I had to wait for 45 minutes on the phone, 45 minutes! Isn’t that ridiculous? What kind of outfit is this Clinic! This is supposed be a doctor’s office where you can get some help! And instead of getting help one gets frustrated and sick by waiting on the phone trying to get help! I am embarrassed to be a part of this kind of clinic. Please help me feel better about this. Hoping to feel better. Thanks in advance. Shashi Kumar
