The absolute worst clinic I’ve ever been to. All they care about is money.
The organisation of this clinic is just terrible. I wanted an elective surgery done before my deductible reset end of May this year. I went through the referral process, having my doctor fax the referral several times over the course of a week and a half. Many phone calls, many faxes, and much frustration later, I was told the referral went through and that the surgery scheduler would contact me.
