I've been trying to call for 2 days with no answer or options for messages. Where is the CARE in centracare??
Don’t get me wrong I really like coming here and enjoy the staff. However when it comes to billing be careful what you talk about there. I went for my annual physical which would be 100% covered under my insurance. However because we discussed weightloss it turned it into an office visit, because discussing weightloss is not preventative. You’re not preventing a heart attack or diabetes or anything while trying to figure out steps for loosing weight. Anything for a buck or 300 bucks I guess.
